Hi. I have done all of these. Straightforward and easy provided right tools and equipment. For the rear lower arm bushes I did use standard replacements but would use poly bushes next time for ease of refitting. New bolts are a must the old ones can be cut and knocked out. saves a lot of time...

Another option if you are only looking to protect good paint work is a ceramic glaze coat. I looked into this and for my puma I was quoted at £600 but that was a top notch professional job with a two stage polish before application. regards.
