Hello everyone hope your all safe and well.
I have a millenium which has been sat for 3 years its in surprisingly good nic . I am after the steel pipe from the master cylinder to the abs modular as one has rusted spewing the brake fluid everywhere :-( . cant seem to find a part number of anywhere to find a replacement. any help would be most welcome. Many thanks Dan

Just go to a local hardware/hydraulics store. You need steel lines for brakes of 6 mm OD (this is critical: the lines from MC to ABS need to be 6 mm, not the 4,75 mm used for individual brakes). You can reuse the existing nuts (M12 are all four of them). You need a flairing tool or the store can flaire them for you. The length required is about 55-60 cms. You can bend them to shape by hand.
It is really an easy fix. Of course, you will need bleeding the system (you can do it at ABS unit, as below is all OK), but be careful and have plenty of rags and some warm water about to get rid of the braking fluid as it will eat all the paint it gets to

If you can’t get it locally as WEC suggests then you can get the part number here
