Rear trailing arm bushes...

Hey guys

Does anyone know how to change the rear trailing arm bushes? I was changing the rear rubber mounts today and noticed there is a lot of play in the rear trailing arm near the sill, and am hoping it's something I can do myself (btw mines a 1.7 1997 puma)

Theres a couple of how to's in the cunningly named how to guides section,and you might find ScubaSteves project thread helpfull. Also prior to doing mine I did searches on all the threads on this topic to pick up additional info. Actually I was still doing searches while I was doing it which was just as well as I had not orientated the bushes properly.
