10mm bolt underneath the sheath on the handbrake lever

however the handbrake should be self adjusting, if its not you may need to take drums off and clean the self adjusters

I mirror Steve's last comment as it may be worth checking the brake shoes anyway as they could be well down and the adjusters could have already reached their limits.

Me too. My self adjusters had seized up and were no longer working. Removal and a good clean paying perticular attention to the little teeth on the ratchet mechanism which get filled up with caked on brake dust cured the problem. The 10mm nut under the leaver is only ment to take up any slack as the cable stretches and not to adjust the handbrakes operation.

and also to loosen it off to help getting drums off etc
