Bloody Puma!! Misfire trouble

Hi everyone, my names Tom, I've been lurking for a while and searching the forum for an answer to my problems.

My puma is running pretty rough, it doesn't start unless I give it a little bit of throttle, once started it misfires at idle. It also kangaroos a bit under 3000rpm on a partial throttle. It's ok with the throttle wide open but it does feel a bit sluggish. There is also alot of black soot around the exhaust which would indicate it's running rich.

So far I have replaced the coil pack, leads and plugs, the o2 sensor, MAF, and the air filter. I have also cleaned the ICV. I've also tried resetting the ecu but none of this has helped.

I was going to change the tps next but I don't know what to try vif that doesn't work.

Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.
