Cool or gay?

Going to convert my green LEDs to blue LEDs, while the clocks are out, was thinking of doing this to them:

What do you guys reckon? Has anyone else tried these?

It's hardly conclusive with such a small participation level! Anyway, it's about what *you* want

Colin did this to his Milly. I've been searching through the gallery but can't find any pictures. I know there's some in the 'Cosmetics' gallery on PumaPeople though.

I like the black dials with the chrome, looks like my Swift Sport, I dont really like blue backlights tho, red would be cool?

I think they look alright against the black dials.. not sure about the white dials in the pumas though would have to see a pic

They look OK. I probably wouldn't do my own, but they certainly don't look gay.

I agree that red would be cool, but I've got a thing for blue LEDs - love 'em! When I bought a proper hi-fi for the first time, I'd be lying if I wasn't a little swayed by the blue LEDs:



Shiny stuff + Blue LEDs = Happy Rob.

I had this exact setup, sadly don't have it any more - took up too much room so the Mrs talked me into getting rid.

(PS - It did sound good to make my ears happy, as well as having the blue LEDs to make my eyes happy!)

I think they'd look great with blue leds. Chrome + blue LEDs = coolness :grin:

Part of me is saying No!!!! but as with many things it's hard to tell until you see it in the flesh. Blue lights and chrome dials on a midnight cruise.....could be cool!

I have blue dash LEDs. Should i get chrome surrounds for mine?? :lol:

That's pretty cool in red, actually - I'm still going blue though! Already got a blue LED head unit, so I'm kinda committed now.

i got blue led's and i did see the rings on e-bay and was going to get them but fort na at the least min lol be good if they come in red or blue
