    Fitting clutch - need help

I stumbled on this problem a few years back when I changed my clutch, from memory the plate sits a little proud ie not flush when fitted, it’s not the best advice I know, I fitted it wrong and had to remove and turn the plate, what a pain, if you have a new slave cylinder make sure you use it...

    Parcel tray

Just a quick question here, I have a 2001 puma it came without a parcel tray when I bought it 3yrs ago I have purchased one recently and it seems a bit small as it falls into the boot when I’m driving along, is there any change to them during production.

Puma’s Getting older... A few issues

Keep it original, replace the relevant gaskets wipe off the excess oil and all will be fine , spend an hour or so now is easier than changing the engine, and Sod’s law says that might need new gaskets anyway

    CD6006E repair

I would have thought ford might have got on to visteon (Portugal ) and asked for a upgrade replacement tuner card, the "faulty batch" of units fitted with these tuner cards was from around 2000- 2007, that's a long time. The only thing that I can think of was they was produced for a set price...
