I think I've got one. Basically for various reasons I've ended up buying two second hand bumpers and I think at least one has fog lights attached. I'll get some pics once I get going on replacing my bumper.

Anyone know where I can get a throttle cable for a 1.7? FINIS 1006261. Or is there a workable parts bin alternative?

You could try sucking it out with a hand pump, I got one for about £10 from screwfix. But the 'official' way is to remove OSF wheel and wheel arch liner then pull out the pump from the tank, or run the pump into a bucket or something.

I guess it depends on the desired range but I would think the fuel tank volume plus a bit of underbonnet wouldn't be enough for a usable range. Given that the rear seats are pretty small I'd have thought it would be sensible to lose them altogether in favour of batteries. Likewise the spare...

I've got some Ferodo racing pads, I'm not certain they'll fit your setup but they are listed for Puma. Not brand new but barely used. £25 posted to UK address

I fitted an earlier tank to mine, same as Ka and Fiesta. The internal baffling is different so you may need to modify or replace the sender. But usually a good idea to replace the fuel pump while the tank is out anyway. Ebay £95: NEW Fuel Tank - Petrol - fits Ford KA (RB) 1.0-1.6 - 1996-2008 -...
