    Noise from suspension bushes

It's not that much of a job to do the rear top mounts, apart from taking out the rear trim cards and you don't need to remove the axle. I haven't done the front top mounts, but expect it be fairly simple. All provided you have a couple spring compressor tool of course. Just be aware of the...

    Noise from suspension bushes

Not something I've experienced, but I'd be inclined to use some silicone spray to see if it stops the noise.

    Headlamp removal

The Thunder I used to have was high mileage and the previous owner had just done many things to keep it running, like painting over the ABS and Traction control lights, instead of replacing the ABS pump, a little container to catch the oil leaking from the cam cover gasket etc. I learnt a lot...

    Headlamp removal

I've never had a problem, except for the very first time when I hadn't turned the latch lever through 90 degrees ! They may need a bit longer of a pull, especially if the headlights haven't been removed for some time..

Clips to hold the parcel shelf strings!

May the Mondeo ones fit, I think they're brown or beige though. When I had the tatty Thunder, I used some screws, I think it was M6 size, it worked Ok, but obviously not the best solution.

Vehicle For Sale Immaculate Track Focused Ford Puma 1.7 - 1999 T Reg

I have seen this car and it's something very special, absolutely immaculate and prepared to a very high specification, using quality components, I wish I had the money to buy it, but unfortunately I haven't. I honestly don't think you'd find a better Puma for sale, a bargain for someone.

    No ABS light - help!

My Thunder had the lights painted over by the previous owner, supringly the car had passed several MOTs without any problems, 2 in my ownership. Forcsan indicated the ABS was open circuit and the car wasn't worth the hassle of changing it.

Fuel leak (fuel sender pipe to the fuel filter)

I broke the clip on mine, I cut the flange piece off the connector, leaving the rest of the connector in the plastic pipe to stop it being crushed and then used a short piece of E10 compatible fuel hose to connect the plastic pipe to the filter, secured with stainless steel fuel clips. I was a...

    Clutch Replacement

Mine had a genuine Ford clutch fitted by Chris at Allison Automotive in 2022, as part of his engine out and major service. I understand LUK are well regarded, but I'm sure others will be able to give you some specific advice.
