Puma Tailored Car Cover

Eviewonder, I'm trying to not sound like a bitch (and failing I think), but I really can't be bothered. It would be a massive hassle. It's big and heavy, and I've got nothing to put it in. That's why I'm offering it for free to anyone who can collect.

Puma Tailored Car Cover

The title says it all, it's a waterproof and breathable car cover, with a fleece lining, and it's specifically shaped for the curves of the puma. It can cope with a small spoiler (MS Designs etc) but won't work if you've got anything larger, such as the Evo or F2 spoiler. It's not a flimsy lightweig...

Special Editions

Yes, they're a different finish. Slightly darker and with a deeper shine. No I don't know what the paint colour is, I never managed to get a straight answer from Ford.

There should be a picture somewhere, I'll have a hunt for it.

Hello from the US

Welcome! I've never seen that sticker before on a Puma, which isn't surprising, as it appears to be a US only thing, and as the Puma was never sold there, it makes sense that it wouldn't have one. If you can track him down, there was a Brit who took his Puma to the US: https://www.youtube.com/playli...

'Trimming' a thread

I'd just start a new thread for the new car, and let the old one fade away. There are many threads where the photo links have died, and it'd be a mission and a half to go through them all.

Your image links aren't working as the [ img] tags only work for direct links to jpeg images. You need to go to the Page you've linked to, right click the image and select 'Copy Image Address' and post that with [ img] tags either side: https://i.imgur.com/...

Underneath the quick reply box, there is a button that says 'add files'. Click it, select the file(s) or photo(s) you want to upload and it'll get added to the post.

If you are only use it to post photos here, you can add files and images directly to your post. Max 7mb per image, something like 15 images per post.

Random photo attached as an example.

Market prices

This is an debate, and whilst old Fords do seem to fetch stupid money, I don't think the average Puma will ever command and be worth those kind of prices. FRPs maybe, and potentially the special editions, but even though I still miss my old Millennium, I would not pay the prices that are being asked...

Re: We've moved.

Hi Matt Thanks for dedicating your time to this, I have noticed that the name of the poster(post author) now appears on the Right hand side and before it was on the left. Is it possible and simple to swap the side they are displayed to as before? ... So far this is my list of things to look at, if ...

Dunno about the condition of the lacquer or anything as they're pretty dusty. Any in better condition to what you have maybe?
I'm fairly sure that the lacquer has peeled off in places on one of them, but it's a few years since I last looked at them in any detail! :pinkeye:

FITP stand pass ticket wanted..please.

I've already got one person on the reserve list, so if a ticket becomes available, then it's only fair it goes to them first.

This is the first year that I've not bought spare tickets and passes, as last year I was left out of pocket by the lack of interest. <_<

If it's £167 with them, that's before VAT and the £80 transfer fee, so £280.40. But go direct to DVLA and it'll be £250 including the transfer fee. 8-)

It is a little quieter than it used to be, most noticeably in the lounge. A lot of the original members haven't had a puma for years, and they just don't visit the forum any more.
