    LED bulbs (for all)

Correct the puma doesn't use can bus, but fitting leds for the indicators will cause the standard relay to flash quickly as if a bulb is blown. This is overcome by using load resistors or the relay I have used that compensates for this.

    LED bulbs (for all)

I replaced the indicator relay, it got rid of the need for load resistors.

    LED bulbs (for all)

I'm running led bulbs all round apart from main and dipped beam, I'll have a look and let you know what I've used.

What break disc fits my 1999?

There wasn't much difference when I did the conversion but it was noticeable and looks slightly better behind the wheels. I noticed the biggest difference when I went up to the st150 setup with the 278mm disc. If you're not running fan blades I'd definitely recommend it.

What break disc fits my 1999?

The standard 240mm discs are vented.

What break disc fits my 1999?

You'll need to fit the bigger Calipers from a post 2000 puma to fit the bigger 258mm discs.

Part Wanted 9 spoke alloy wheels

The millennium alloys are the same as the standard 9 spokes physically, the only difference being the centre caps and the darker shadow chrome finish.

Brake lines too long after lowering car

Try a rear brake flexi hose as they're shorter and have the same fittings but without the support bracket.

    My Millennium

Is this what you're after? The rear is running 10mm axle spacers and an extra ~12mm from the st150/st170 rear hubs and spindles.

    My Millennium

I'll take some when I get home from work, suspension should have settled by then. They're 6x16" and et35.

    My Millennium

It's been a while since I've updated the project thread, although no much has happened other than passing the mot and a new set of wheels. I've been after a set of compomotive mo5 wheels for a while now, a few weeks ago I finally found some in 4x108 with an et of 35.

    FRP Parts

I'd definitely be interested in a front splitter.

    Puma restyling brake

Going from 240mm to 258mm I changed the discs, pads and calipers. From 258mm to 278mm you need to change discs, pads, calipers and carriers.

    Puma restyling brake

I've done this conversion myself on my millennium and documented it on my project thread. I used the original carrier when fitting the new bigger caliper, I still have them in the garage as I went onto fit the bigger st150 setup that does need a different carrier.

    Puma restyling brake

The caliper carrier is the same, but you need the later bigger caliper.

    Brighter headlights?

Good luck finding new headlights, I've been searching for over 2 years and in the end I had to settle for some good second hand lights and they weren't cheap either.

    Slippery mode

I use mine year round, it's running on Michelin pilot sport 3 tyres. They're brilliant and keep the puma sure footed throughout winter. There does seem to be some hate for them on the forums but i think its down to how much they cost.

Road Rally car standard brake options

Standard ford discs will be better than anything mtec fish out of the pond, drill and groove and sell on. My focus st came with a new set when I bought it, they were noisy, caused and awful vibration when braking and got worse after some heavy braking. I threw them in the bin after 300 miles...

    Exchange ST 150 front calipers

Brake parts international, I've used them several times. Quick delivery, decent prices and most stuff is readily available. https://brakeparts.co.uk/ You can get them much much cheaper, around £30 each but these will be cheep Chinese crap.
