    Catalytic converter - still problems

Just a thought, don't change the cat, change the tester. Use a cleaning product, take it for a good run beforehand and take it to a difierent test centre. Explain the problem, tell them you've done all you can to clean it up, some are more understanding than others, if an old car is...

    Radio code

Might be on the papaerwork but if you have that bit, presumably it would also have the code. It will be on a label on the side or back of the unit though.

To be or not to be..

My son in law had one that looks very similar but not on a Puma. The fittings for the end plates screw into a channel which runs the whole length of the spoiler, it's not threaded, the screws cut their own thread as they go in, so, you can cut the lenth of the spoiler down to suit the width of...

    Need more power !

If you want to go further down the route of 'adding lightness' check out ScubaSteve's thread 'Project Silver' he went to extreme lenghts in the weight reduction department, can't remeber what weight he got it down to but it's in there somewhere.

    FRP #35

I'd have thought, if it was the power steering pump you'd hear it when turning the wheel with the car stopped as well. If it's only happening when moving and turning I'd be inclined towards a CV joint?

    What are you driving now?

Currently daily driving a BMW 320i Xdrive, which has been remapped to 280hp But about to trade it in for this Audi Q3 2.0 TFSi Quattro... which I'll probably end up getting mapped too :) Not had a Puma for a few years as my toys have all been bikes, sold the old Yamaha bobber and...

    modifications to become ULEZ compliant.

Be thankful for small mercies a daily charge of between £5 and £12.50 for non-compliant vehicles seems to be the norm in England, which is ok (ish) if you only drive into the zone occasionally. However up here in Scotland the government has decided to make driving into a ULEZ with a...

    Rear Brake Wear?

I'd say your wheel cylinder is seized, the rear piston is depressed while the front one is extended. I'd look at replacing those too.

Proposed legislation to stop modified cars !

"our policy intention is to prevent modifications that have a negative impact on road safety,..." Couldn't they interpret that to cover anything that makes a car go faster?

    Radio Code

"I try having the key out that the current sation on the display stays on all the time but the radio doesn't work at all and as soon as I put the key back and I move it in any other position the radio asks me for the code again." If it's remembering/displaying the station with the 'key out'...
