Hi everyone!

My name is Hugo, and I’m thrilled to finally introduce myself and my 1999 Ford Puma 1.7. I bought this beauty last year here in Portugal, and after giving it some care and attention, it’s now a proud part of my collection.

The car had a few patches when I first got it, but was a great base to work, car is fully original, al maintenance documented in Ford dealership and I even have the purchase invoice of the car from 1999. I was able to bring it back to spotless state with some touch-ups and general maintenance. It’s a thrill to drive, and I’m loving every minute behind the wheel. Has 250k on the odometer.

Looking forward to connecting with fellow enthusiasts, sharing tips, and learning more about keeping this iconic car in top shape.

Cheers!

Welcome from Galicia Hugo. Maybe I will see you in Braga circuit :). My tips are: Check the spark plugs, coils and wires. Check for oil leaks in the valve cover and in the oil sump. Check the heater control valve (if you have hot air in the hot positión and cold in the cold position you are ok) and enjoy the car
