ALL PARTS NOW SOLD (Sept 2024)

Hi all, unfortunately my 1997 Puma 1.7 is heading for Puma heaven.

I have a selection of spare parts for sale that you might find useful, I'd rather they went to fellow enthusiasts so hopefully priced accordingly, can discount for multiple parts. Collection from Sidcup DA15, near Eltham preferred but will post if you re happy to cover the postage costs. First come first serve.

Lots more parts to follow including:
  • A mint set of propeller wheels with new Toyo Proxy tyres.
  • A full ST 150 Front Brake conversion setup, with fully refurbed calipers, mint discs, braided hoses and 3mm wheel spacers (to allow 15" propeller wheels to fit).
  • A good spare wheel carrier with securing hook.
  • A good rear parcel shelf.

Parts available now are:
  1. Front strut/shock absorber (used but in VGC come with 2 top bearings and bump stops). £15
  2. Spare wheel carrier securing hook (VGC turns smoothly). £5
  3. MIRRORS NOW SOLD Pair of silver electric door mirrors (one has black plastic surround missing, a bit tatty, mirror glass is good and electrics work) £ 25 pair (will not split).
  4. 3 x drop links, 2 x alloy and 1 x steel, never fitted. £ 8
  5. Alloy wheel spacers 3mm thick, useful for the ST150 brake conversion. £5

Cheers Paul

Do you have a rear trailing arm nut and bolt? Mine has sheered off
I believe the bolts are no longer available from Ford.
When I fitted poly bushes on my Red Puma recently and I wanted to replace the bolts and nuts, I finished up by a Febi Bilstien rear axle bushes set, which comes complete with the nuts and bolts directly from Parts in Motion, which was cheaper than I could find just the bolts, remembering that they're 10.9 HT, which isn't that easy to find in that size.

Hi John, I believe the bolts are M12 x 100 mm long 10.9 grade. Orbital Fastners stock suitable bolts at very reasonable prices. See pic. Cheers Paul
The Febi Bilstien ones have the 15 mm head, same as the originals, which was my preferred choice.
