So after nearly 25 years of ownership, and after a hit and run driver has written our Puma off, i've decided to try and sell on Ebay again at a reduced price. I tried a couple of weeks ago advertising at £450, but the only interest I had was from scrap dealers offering £120 - £200. Honestly, is that all they are worth with the damage it has? Surely, the ST150 280mm front discs and calipers, and a spare door must be worth £120.

Such a unique car in many respects. I'm sure that in 2 - 5 years it will be a completly different story, as rarity will drive prices up. I wish i did, but i really don't have anywhere to keep it.20240117_140923.jpg

Sad to hear, the Puma seems to be worth very little in the UK, in the rest of Europe they seem to be worth more.

Selling as parts seems to be the way.
I think that prices are slowing rising, I hope so, as last year I declined an offer of £3,500 on Medium Steel blue 1.7 Lux pack, which has about 68k miles on the clock, it's absolutely standard and in very good condition, has had a full Bilt Hamber rust treatment and an engine and gearbox out service by Allison Automotive, has passed 4 MOTs with no advisories in my ownership. Agreed insurance valuation of £5,000.
As numbers decline the prices are rising.

Sorry to hear your Puma is going for spares, but at the moment, £3000 gets you a nice example on Ebay. (but I expect you know that) Happy hunting.

So sorry to hear this - I have had mine for 27 years since new - this the first winter that it has not been my daily - but I would like it to go on a bit longer - hope you find something else - definitely won’t be a much fun though!
