Delete own post

Is there a way to delete your own post/reply?

If not, would that be possible?

You could always edit it, remove all the text and write 'post deleted' instead :grin: :grin: :grin:

There is not, the problem with that being available as an option is that it can make the board look very disjointed and confused if people start deleting their posts out of it, topic openers go and then the replies make no sense. I know you can argue the same for editing your own post but at least people can then see that there was a post and that it had been edited.

There have been very rare cases where we have removed a user and deleted all of their posts and it evidences the above. Hence why if a user is removed typically their posts remain but none of their account details do.
