Engaging reverse leaks brake fluid

Nasty brake fluid leak next to left front wheel after I engaged reverse and I couldn't disengage it afterwards - I had to switch off the engine, then putting it into neutral.

I was in a hurry so I topped the brake fluid reservoir, started the car and drove home. Same story with parking in reverse again. This time I saw no leak but the reverse was stuck anyway. So I'm not sure from where it leaked.

Idea for quick fix?

That'll be the Clutch slave cylinder, roughly underneath where the battery is

It's inside the gearbox,
you will see a pipe coming off the gearbox under where the battery is situated.
It's the only logical thing from what you have said, unless one of the pipes have split,
There's no quick fix that I am aware of
