Front tow question

So, I have a 1.4 puma from 2000, and the front bumper does not have the slot for the tow hook i would like to know, before i start drilling, if the threaded piece where you screw it in is still there just behind the solid bumper or if it isnt?

If you don't get an answer, maybe you could take the bumper off to check before drilling it?
