Hi all,
my 1999 1.7 was up on the ramps, and I noticed a slight seepage from the gearbox, see attached photo. I think it's coming from the the shift rod. Any advice? Should I just get the oil seal replaced and see if that addresses the problem? And if so, what part is that?? Haynes manual p665 suggests it's the 'radial oil seal'...

Thanks!
Paul

Fairly simple job I think, I haven't done it on a Puma (IB5) gearbox, but on an a Mk2 Fiesta (BC) gearbox, which is fairly similar.
I know you already have got the part number on the Facebook group.
