Tried look for that Red Racing Puma at the top for the wheels, looks like a German car. No good matches for the wheels on image search. Maybe [ref]pumamartin[/ref] recognises it from the European members forum. Maybe this is not actually a red car..

The second one is certainly a photoshop.

It should be Puma "RS" customized by Tuning Haus located in Germany back in 2013-14, 263km/h although I did not find info about the rims

They look like 18's so you probably wouldn't find them listed for Puma's. Try searching the Mondeo or Cougar wheels.
I did find these ones that aren't quite the same but are pretty similar

It has it's own Facebook page, you could try asking there. They are only listed as 'Boss Wheels' no model number or size.
