Looks like a lovely car, but why do you think it's a Millennium edition, as far as I know they were all built as Yellow cars, a total of a 1000 apparently.

That isn't a millennium. The millennium came only in zinc yellow, with dark blue alchemy leather recaro interior and shadow chrome 9 spoke alloys.

As others have said this is not an official “Millennium Edition” Puma. Here is my example of a Mille (photo below). 1000 UK only cars in Zinc Yellow with factory fitted Recaro’s. Some numbered from the dealer with a dash plaque, gear knob and keyring.

That being said your X reg was from 2000 so your statement does somewhat stand up

Looks like a tidy car and I did always like the green! Catches the sun really well.

I just checked and according to them my Red Puma is also a Millennium ! Which it definitely isn't.
But just checked my Quantum 2+2 and they have all the MOT details, which other sites don't, so the site has some benefits.
