So here is my 99 moondust that I have owned and loved since 2007.
I am not going to do any striking modifications, I put on powerflex all round a long time ago and have a Milltek exhaust which is a little noisy but looks good IMHO!

Once I have got through the current round of restoration am considering the ST150 brake upgrade!

She is now in need of love to get her up to spec for her 25th birthday in November.
Already done is replacement of aircon condenser at my local garage last week as she was not holding aircon gas for as long as a year recently. Now it is almost cancelling out the heat from the non working HCV!
She is at Punashacked for cambelt, HCV and fuel tank replacement.
Pumashacked had a spare tank that I removed some rust from and gave it a bit of a respray last week ready for them to fit along with the new cambelt.

Looking good - I do like those propeller wheels - really cool.
Thank you. Always loved the props, my opinion but I think they compliment the bodywork curves.
Punashacked washed her and her wheels, looking good from a distance!
They also found what the water leak was as it seemed to be losing water, there is a plastic water connector ( darn should have taken a photo) that goes out of shape and leaks!

Had my cambelt changed at last, at the end of August. Since then I put E10 in the tank instead of E5 which I had her mapped for so thought that was why she was kangarooing all over the place. That was before the push coupling from the tank gave way and ended up with a puddle of petrol under the fuel tank- didn't want that flavour anyway!
It got mended and we carried on!
However, a full tank of E5 later she was still running rough!
Got out of her yesterday, after a shopping trip, and walked past the bonnet( I usually go round the back) something smelled very hot and I feared something hideous was going on under said bonnet! However I soon felt a glowing sensation on the front of my calves so looked down and noticed that the brake disk was glowing a dull red. I think that it may have been locked up for a while now:( Hopefully the performance will have improved once I get her back from the garage!!
