Rear Arch Corrosion

Hi Guys

I bought my first Puma 3 years ago and it has been great. There was no visible rust when I got it and it had been waxoyled.

However, now the dreaded corrosion is beginning to appear (just on the offside wheelarch and rear sill it seems). There are small bubbles of rust at the top of the arch and large paint 'blister' bubbles further forward on the rear sill.

Am I right in thinking this is rusting from the inside out? Does that (ie inside the car) need to be where the problem is addressed?
