Manual or Electric adjustment for lowest seat height?

I’m still not an owner :-( but I’ve had a few test drives. One was a 01Y (9 Spokes) and another 00W (Props). The seating position in both felt too high, but I didn’t have time to play about with the seat height adjustment, so both might have gone lower. The 01Y must have been manual pump adjustment, and looking here the 00W could have been either manual or electric. Is there a difference in how low these 2 versions can be adjusted?

Someone mentions in that thread how the electric adjuster is not easy to find. It's also mentioned that the later manual pump adjusted seats, go lower. But how much lower, and is it low enough?

the manual adjusters go lower also the later seats are more supportive imho having owned both.
