I have had the joy of this car for ten years. My father was a Dagenham manager who thought it (possibly) a ‘manager’s special‘ or concept car. First ten years records in Dagenham. It is FRP colour exterior with tinted windows, and unique interior trim. Cream leather with blue edging on seats, blue dash, cream roof interior, etc. If permitted by the moderator I can suggest visiting my work website (as I’m not working/in lockdown) that gives pics and info. at thefootworks.co.uk. (I was a podiatrist). For the last ten years it’s had one lady driver.

It has a ‘racing engine’ and did drive and handle superbly, but it is not the usual FRP engine. Apologies for being so vague.

It will be fantastic for someone, I’m very unsure of value, classic car insurance assessor said fully restored she could be up to 40k, but that seems extraordinary and was a private not professional opinion. At their advice I have had her insured for 12k to cover any accident repairs - but this past year a sorry story of minor bump (Unseen low brick wall when parking) that has not yet been repaired and then (after not moving for three months) an MOT failure including rear brakes and rust.

I joined this Forum ten years ago and then made enquiries to ascertain her ‘model’ without success. I have never had a problem with her or reason to ask further questions. If anyone has idea of value your advice would be appreciated.

As a family we considered doing the work ourselves through our local garage, so maybe I’ll end up with more questions on the project threads!
