For the differences of an FRP to a standard 1.7, have a look over this:

Indeed, limited edition; 500 built, no where near that many left on the road!

Depends what you like in a car as to whether you would have wanted one, prices start at around £5k and range up to probably £10k or just over for a top condition one.

Just imagine a 1.7 beefed up a bit with a tuned version of the 1.7, bigger wheels, a firmer ride, that sort of thing.

Any of you guys got like a air induction kit on your pumas, used to have a mx5 with such a kit made the acceleration and sound sweet, is there any reccomended kits out there?

There's also a buyers guide to the FRP in this months Performance Ford magazine, several pages and some nice pictures. I've a K&N induction kit on mine fitted when I bought it seems to do the job nicely.

Oh and welcome along
