had a few probs with mine & thought id try to pull all the advice together in one thread so please post up guys & i will amend this first post to make the most of everyones wisdom.....

Heater fan not working in any position (1,2,3,4);
always check fuses first (its 50pish)
switch; £17 from ford
remove stereo using special clips (£3) (dont undo power cable unless you know radio code)
2 screws in top of heater panel
gently pull out
torx screw to undo switch, twist, release, replace
Heater fan working on 4, NOT 1,2,3
resister pack faulty; £10 ford
located in passenger footwell (by right foot if stretched out)
1 screw, gently pull bottom out....replace. no safety clip on the connector

dals pic (cheers), string is hanging from the resistor pack connector
