Are the mk3 mondeo calipers from a specific model or are they all the same?

Hi all I like to do this but am sill on the shit 15" rim that come on the car from will the rim fit over the bigger disk all dk I need to get new rims 1st

you can get them to fit under 15s but need to grind the carriers down to get them on its a lot easier to go for 16s or 17s! :ok:

hi guys just wondered is it alot of grinding needed to be done on the carriers to get it to fit behing 15's?? :?: also have looked on fleabay and noticed most of the mk3 discs i look at are 5 stud? i only got 4!! or am i being dense?

Not sure about how much needs grinding off.

As for the discs you need Focus ST170 discs as they are 4 studs :ok:

I would advise against grinding down as quite a lot needs to come off plus because they run so close you probably will have problems with the cooling to the pads and heat issues. If you need to run 15 inch then run 280mm brakes , they fit under 15 inch wheels easiest fit are the ST150 brakes .

also with regards to running calipers silly close, iv seen accidents caused when stones get trapped in between caliper and wheel and cause the wheel to lock up
