Hi guys. I have strange situation with my 1998 1.7 puma. I started noticing that after 15-30 minutes of driving the driver side windows buttons are getting quite hot. I also checked the passenger's side buttons and they are also quite warm to the touch. There is a massive difference between those buttons and the mirrors' knob. The windows work fine.

I don't think this is normal but I don't know how to check if there is something wrong there. Can someone help me?

Maybe sticky contacts? Take them out (with the battery disconnected), wd40 and let them dry.

Also check the the fuse is of the correct value that protects that part of the circuitry.

Could it be sticky contacts if the windows is not moving unless I'm pressing the button?
