Looking to get my 1.7 sold. Been sat in garage for years, but battery won't charge.

A decent used battery, to save me £43 on a new one.

Brentwood/Chelmsford area.

Sorted. £37 delivered on a used Varta (new £95)

Not sure where I got £43 from - wrong code battery I think. An 075 would be about 40% more.

Yeah, not cheap nowadays - although I just checked the one I bought for mine in 2011 and it was £60 back then

I usually check ABS Batteries online first for a decent price.

Just checked Puma ones here:- https://advancedbatterysupplies.co.uk/shop/?swoof=1&product_brand=1-6-1-7-petrol-1997-2009

Glad you're sorted anyway :eek:k:

TAYNA is normally cheaper, even with the delivery charge.
e.g. Bosch S5004 Tayna £76.87, ABS £90.00

Interesting, they do cosmetic damaged for £39 delivered.

Thanks to both you and YOG.

Thanks Yog, new supplier added to my favourites - had a quick perusal & generally much cheaper than the one I linked. Cheaper is always good
