Rebuild after head skimmed

Hi, have had to strip the engine down to skim the head after the heater control vale split and I overheated :( :oops:

Now rebuilding but not sure if the cambelt inlet pulley (with vct/vvt) needs to be aligned with anything prior to refitting shaft and belt?

Any help or point me at a guide would be great
