Brake Hose damaged

Anyone know how much it will cost to have a front brake hose replaced, please? Kat failed MOT today because the n/s hose is damaged. Thanks.

Thanks - At this rate it will pay me to keep the kat as a second toy! 2 new tyres, MOT, tax due end of August, now another £30 - £40!

£36 for the hose and £30 labour + VAT

Ouch! I got a full set of black diamond hoses from demon tweeks for a fag paper under 50 quid. Fitted myself though.

I bought an APEC hose for mine the other day.... £8.00 + vat. That was delivered by my local motor factors.

I do wonder how some garage owners live with themselves the amount they add on for parts.
