Fuel Pressure HELP!

anybody know what the standard 1.7 X Reg puma's fuel pressure should be?

mines reading just under 6 bar!

and i dont have the manual but i doubt its in there

thought so. fuel pump is either shot and going off the wall or fuel pressure regulator if shot.
