Does anyone know anywhere in kent where I can get an FRP bush pressed into the rear part of the front wishbone. Decided to refurbish the oem ford ones I took off my car managed to get FRP bushes for about £6 each with a set of ford 20.5m spaces for the back around £22 from co-ord sport.

Is it the back bushes which need to be pressed in ? The front ones if replaced by powerflex look like they are an easy fit once you get the old ones out :).

I did mine myself, cut the old ones out, use a hole saw to cut out the rubber then hacksaw the metal bit and hit them out with a hammer, then I made a block with a hole in the centre and pressed them in using a standard vice.

the front bushes pull out easily using a bolt and a socket head to space it, polybushes then just push in and use a g cramp to put the centre section in.
