Stewards declared that there would be no penalty against BMW or Williams (who finished 4th, 5th and 6th) for racing with fuel outside the permitted allowable temperature.

Mclaren are to appeal against the decision in a bid to disqualify the BMW and Williams drivers from the Brazilian GP, promoting Hamilton to 4th and giving him the World Championship.

.. I can see the point that he lost but on the other hand the other teams were in breach of regulations and should incur penalty imo
