Heeeeelp!

My Puma is dead.
Her last gasp was all steam (head gasket/warped head).
Stupid quotes of £700-£800 prompted me to purchase (gulp!) a replacement engine, and now I'm being quoted £400 to swap the engines.
Can anyone help/advise?

If your handy with the spanners do it yourself,but allow about 3-4 days on your own,also allow,for a new complete clutch,gearbox oil,oil and filter,coolant and if timing belt history is unkown get the cambelt changed before fitting.

I did say in my original posting that I am in Milton Keynes (concrete cow and roundabout city!)
Just looking for someone competant and willing to do the engine swap.
