347 was owned by a guy known as mainman on PP1 who looked after it meticulously from memory.. he then sold it to a guy called Chris who must have stacked it.

lol, how much work would be required to swap that for mine? would it be easier to just take the inlet, cams and ecu and swap them without swapping the whole lump?
 
may not be a dead car afterall..

was removed from the frp for a lower mileage one about a month ago

Depends on how much you trust that engine over your own i suppose

So long as you had access to a FRP cam tool or garage and or if yours need a cam belt change then it could be worth thinking about as the difference is cams, inlet manifold and ecu which are all included and aint exactly cheap nor readily available like most FRP parts :shock:
