ProjectPuma Christmas Meal - 17th December

I cannot accept money from paypal but Dal has offered to receive funds on my behalf. Must get finger out and post menus up as we need to choose in advance from the normal menu too!

MEAL CHOICES:

Starter
Salmon ceviche 'Miami' style
Baked goat's cheese and mandarin salad (v)
Split pea & roasted parsnip soup (v)
Chicken & green pea samosas

Main
Parmesan & fresh herb crusted salmon (they like their salmon...)
Double roast duck (do you reckon you get two?!)
Sage & garlic turkey schnitzel
Spinach, olive & ricotta enchilada (v)

Dessert
Chocolate eclair cake
Apple, rhubarb & ginger crumble
Butterscotch & roasted banana sundae
