Thanks Wild E. Personally I would call that part the rear spindle or stub axle but someone else may call it differently.
I managed to find the part numbers (see below) after googling Ford eCat (Thanks Wild E for mentioning eCat). I used this website to get the part numbers for comparison. It looks genuine and part numbers seem to match up with an online search but if someone would like to double check that would be most appreciated.

**NOTE**
Part No. in (xxxxxxx) are alternative part numbers given. For example in the instance of the calipers they are either painted red or not.
ST150 Part No: -
Rear LH spindle/stub axle – 1138520
Rear RH spindle/stub axle – 1142082
Rear spindle/stub axle bolts – 1473933 (M10x25) (or 1473938 M10x22)
Rear hub – 1479524
Rear LH caliper – 1355133 (1539682)
Rear RH caliper – 1355131 (1539679)
Rear caliper carriers – 1539676 (1075557)
Rear brake discs – 1780880
Rear brake pads – 1075565 (1425407)
Rear caliper bolts – 1471746 (M10x25)
Mk1 Focus Part No: -
Rear LH spindle/stub axle – 1138520
Rear RH spindle/stub axle – 1142082
Rear spindle/stub axle bolts – 1473938 (M10x22)
Rear Hub – 1138512
Rear LH caliper – 1478337
Rear RH caliper – 1478419
Rear caliper carriers – 1075557
Rear brake discs – 1780880
Rear brake pads – 1075565 (1425407)
Rear caliper bolts – 1471746
As we can see the two cars use different hubs and calipers but the same spindles, discs and pads etc. I would take a guess that one hub is longer than the other and so the calipers are different to compensate allowing the same discs and pads to be reused across models. That’s just a theory though so don’t hold me to that.
