Another owners club I am a member of ( BSA Bantam Club) has a publication available for members either as a hard copy, or digital format, called 'The Good Blokes Guide'
It is a register of all types of specialists that do all kinds of work on BSA Bantams, & specialist OEM parts suppliers/ insurance & lots of other stuff.
Would a similar thing be possible on here???

Would be a nice idea as what with the Puma SUV it’s a nightmare trawling through the internet trying to find parts for the “real Puma”. Also as there are a few specialist places that look after spares or repairs it might lead to a more focused supply of parts etc.

John beat me to it - that list is at least a start for someone. However, it all depends when they were recommended as things often change.

Both my sisters recommended a garage local to me & couldn't praise it enough. I went there & it looked like a decent setup but when talking to the guy on the desk & getting a few quotes for different jobs there was something I couldn't put my finger on that didn't seem right so I didn't bother with them.
One example was how someone could quote for something off the top of his head for something unique to a certain car rang alarm bells for me.
My worries may have been unfounded but that's just me being me :ROFLMAO:
