Hi All,

I had a look around but i couldn't see anything relating to this topic.

I would like to swap my brake servo for something stronger and i have been told that the Mondeo Mk2 servo is bigger (25.4mm) which gives better brake response. I have no ABS so no worry about the ABS module being in the way.

Has anyone does this swap, and if so what was required to get it to fit? Do i require the master cylinder off a Mk2 Mondeo, or can i use my current item (apologies in advance if that is a daft question).

I have heard that the clutch feeder pipe is different, does anyone know the size of the threads or anything?

Cheers,

Andy

Sorry I don't know about the servo but the earlier black master cylinders are supposed to be more effective

Pumanoob has done this it needs a mondeo servo and an early puma fluid resavoir drilled out to fit!

Best person to ask is pumanoob himself!
