Halfords Super Brilliance 9005SB/HB3 Bulbs - Update

A lot of people swear by Halfords Super Brilliance bulbs (9005SB/HB3). Up to 50% brighter than standard. £19.99 each, but currently BOGOF.

Just been to my local Halfords and they are now doing 9005EB/HB3 bulbs in their Extreme Brilliance range. Up to 90% brighter than standard. £24.99 each, but currently BOGOF.

I'm tempted to try a set of these, from the same place as I got my Diadem front indicators and 5w side repeater bulbs.

Ring XenonMax bulbs are 60 watt + 100% = 120 watt, these are 65 watt (draw) to 130 watt (output), made in Japan.

I've just ordered 2 sets, as well as a spare set of Diadem 501 W5W Capless wedge to go with my clear side repeaters.
