Heating Problem (Here we go again...)

Working on my new project Millennium Puma and heating is stuck on.

I have changed HCV (first for pattern and then for
Genuine Ford part). I have also sourced another heater control panel. I've now left the cap off water and run for 20 mins, squeezing pipes to try and remove any air but alas we still have a roasting hot cab.

Any other common things I should look for? I've read through posts but most seem fixed by genuine Ford HCB. Based on Guildford so if anyone can recommend any electrical guys to take a look that would be great (outsid of my knowledge).
