Does the weight of the spare wheel create a water tight condition between the hanger bolt gasket and the hole in the boot.

Spoke with eldude yesterday, looks like rpoc been down for a good few weeks, hopefully we will get it back soon, you are correct, lots of realy good info on rpoc.

Does anyone have a spare fuel tank for sale? My tank has just developed a small leak at the bottom of the input neck on the tank.

New battery solved the problem.

Switched on this morning,fuel gauge and water temp gauge swung up to top then back down. Turn ignition on , load ticking noise heard , starter did not turn. reapeating this process resulted in the same conclusions,car will not start. Anyone experienced this?

New fuel tanks can be had on ebay for £65 (just type in fuel tank for ford puma on ebay). It is likely that the tank is leaking in the area where the main fuel input neck meets the body of the angled face of the tank. Plastic Padding have a repair paste called Leak Fix that really works, I have...

If the horn is not working try emptying the water out of it, mine went silent due to drowning.

Fitted New MAF couple of weeks a go also fitted a new air temp sensor on inlet manifold and things feel much better. Time will tell if cure achieved

Hi Guys, car occasionally runs Flat!, when trying to accelerate. Car will be running fine delivering power when asked ,then it will not want to rev up and supply. If I shut off the ignition and switch it back on again the problem goes away, but it will return again. Would appreciate any suggestions.
