Had it not open other week again got it open from inside jiggled actuator oiled it all seemed to work fine for a few weeks today it's not even making the noise. I'm not to bothered about it remotely opening, but should the key open it still? I have never got it open with key!

I find in summer it releases on button so much better, in winter i tend to press button twice with my finger just under to force it up when it releases! The darn strings for shelf often fall off to lol
