hi, it's a 1.7 mot april 2015 i think it's just hit 100,000 miles, new cam belt 8000 miles ago, new fuel pump last week, will post more pics soon,

well, turns out the fuel pump was on it's way out, just fitted new pump and everything is fine,

selling my wifes puma thunder as she just got a land rover for the winter, full black leather, magnum grey, runs and drives great, on the logbook as a cat c, i have pics of this and it was just the rear bumper,

right, just a quick update in case anyone else hits this problem, took tank out and fuel pump filter was partially clogged, it's looking like this could be the problem, will confirm in a few days after i've blasted it round for a while, neil

forget all that rubbish i said about it running ok now, it doesn't, it still runs like crap,

still can't find one, can i just leave it disconnected????

anyone know what the sensor is that i disconnected as can't find one anywhere,

well, disconnected maf, no difference, disconnected lambdas, no difference, disconnected sensor beside oil filler, (presume it's a cam sensor) drove like a dream, theres 2 sensors on the cam cover, are they both cam sensors????

right, new fuel filter, still the same, gonna start disconnecting stuff and see if it makes any difference, hopefully it will go into limp home mode and drive ok,

not yet, just thought that would affect it all the time and not just when it was over half full, i know it's happening all the time now, but it wasn't at the start,
