Hi I have recently purchased a 1.7 puma which i have found out has a massive oil leak you can see oil flowing out when engine is ticking over. I have changed crankcase breather and oil filter as oil was running down filter, but still leaking so im pretty certain the oil is leaking from the sump...

Not 100% certain but there lots of grey silicone around the sump were it joins and it dont look pretty a lot of the silicone is hanging out of the joint i realy need this sorted as i need to use the car so i think i will leave it to the garage to sort next week. Dave

Changed the filter and oil but still leaking looks like it's leaking from the sump next to the oil filter so waste of a gallon of oil maybe it will have to go into garage as it's still leaking at a alarming rate :x
