im thinking of buying a ported 1.7 head, i want to know its mint before i fit it, dont want to fit it and its cracked or leaking, it also needs building up, valves, springs, followers ect... does anybody on here know how to do it or know anyone who will?

are they for a puma? a lot of people use this forum that have fiesta to try and source puma parts,

there off the car now as ive going for a lower look, they gave the perfect stance when i had them on, not too low but not too high either. springs are stiffer than the standards so the ride is considerably better but at the same time its not too hard

nothing? just remove the old springs from the struts and replace, simple :grin:
