I've had a quick look at the tps, it says 15% open at idle, seems to increase fairly smoothly on acceleration though.

Ok, I've plugged in the obd, the maf is working fine, but the second O2 sensor is showing 0v, I was under the impression that it was only the first that controls fueling, but will replace and see if that helps

I welded that exact spot up last year and the inner rear wheel arch the year before. It's just the floorpan which is bad, though I'll obviously have a proper look round. Nevertheless, that's a lot of welding. I'll post some photos tomorrow.

Having welded up mine a week ago, I can concur with this. Sill rot on these things is likely to be the tip of the iceberg, a small hole generally inplies that the whole area around it will be totally rotten and a wider area still, will be "manky" and not weldable. If it's bad on one side, it's...
