i had the same problem on mine when i came to fit wind deflectors but simply used a hair dryer to soften the seal and used my finger to run down the channel to flex it back to its original shape and position, worked a treat just be careful not to burn your fingers!!

how did you go about meshing the front grill?

so apart from the MOT issue i would also blind anyone coming towards me?!

if i buy just hid bulbs and fit them into the existing headlights will there be any problems as have seen some people have used conversion kits when they have done the same?
